Favorite Candy

I ate my favorite candy today, which are Kit-Kat Bars. They are so good! Whoever invented them I am going to love them forever. I got the king size bar because the regular one is too small, or at least for me. It was my treat after my run today. I know that doesn't sound like I accomplished anything because I ran and then ate candy, but I love them.
I like them in ice cream too. That is one of my favorite desserts too. Chocolate ice cream is the best and especially with my favorite candy. I hope yall enjoyed my blog about candy and ice cream :)

forever

I have totally forgotten about this assignment. I really wish I would have done two a week, that would have made life so much easier. Now I have to try to write I don't know how many more of these things...but I will get it done.
Right now I'm chilling in my friend Katies room. She isn't here, she is at the Spurs game! She loves the Spurs. Hopefully they win for her. They aren't doing too good right now though, she might get disappointed in the end. But I'm hoping for the best!

Been some time

For some reason I can never remember to write down a blog or two a week. It's so easy too, I just forget. Anyway, Spring Break '09 just ended sadly and we are all back at Texas State. Don't get me wrong, I like Texas State, I just wish our break was longer than a week. I'm still trying to catch up on sleep. Morning classes everyday are not fun. Next semester I'm not doing that again.
My spring break was good. I hung out with my friends for the majority of the time, but of course I went home to see my parents too. I was kinda mad that they kicked us out of the dorms, I mean come on are you serious? But it's cool. Next year I wont have to worry about any of that because I'm living in Bobcat Village with my best friend Katie!!! I can't wait!
I hope everyone had a fun and safe spring break!

Run today

Today I went to my friends house. From there we went to a place in Austin called the Green Belt. It is a beautiful place with bike trails and running trails, with different places with water holes. And with today being as pretty as is was, we took advantage of it and went for a run.
The loop that we did was around 5 miles. Trail runs are so much better than street runs in my opinioin, you get to be closer to nature. It makes it have more meaning for me. I enjoy it a lot more. We had a great day and a great run.

PUMA!!!

The soccer team that I am practicing with meets on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. And I haven't had cleats except for on the first practice. I'm so happy my puma cleats came in on Friday. Now I hopefully wont fall as much.
Soccer is going well. And I really like the girls on the team, they are a blast to hang out with. They know who they are! I hung out with them this weekend, it was a good weekend.

Non Stop

School this semester seems harder than last. Maybe because I am taking more hours, but there is more work to be done as well. I just finished up my first set of tests, but this week round 2 starts.
I do enjoy college though, even with all of the exams. Nothing in life worth wanting is easy. So I just have to buckle down and get to studying. Right now I am focusing on my English paper that is due and my Political Science test this week.

SOCCER!

My friend T is on the club soccer team here at Texas State. We went to high school together, and we both played on the Varsity soccer team together. She is a year older than me. Anyway, we have the same Comm class and we sit next to eachother. We got to talking about the 'old days' and soccer of course came up.
She then began to tell me about her soccer team here. She told me about their practice they were having today and told me to come out. I was a little skeptical at first, due to the fact that I have not played soccer in years now (I only played my freshman year because I went to run track).
So, throughout the day I was excited, but still nervous. I was debating the whole day on if I should go or not. Soccer would be so good for me, so in the end I decided to make myself go. I texted T to ask if she could meet me a few minutes early, so she could give me a general idea of what I should be expecting. She agreed. Then a few minutes later, I got another text from her saying that practice had been canceled. That ruined my day.
It was frustrating, being completely ready to go play a sport I love and it had been canceled. But, about 5 minutes later she texted me again saying that the coach would be coming and told me to get suited up (which was just normal workout clothes).
To be continued....
